Established in 1992, Mayur has made its mark as a manufacturer of PU, PVC and PU/PVC Synthetic Leather under the seasoned guidance and support by a unit of highly qualified engineers and technocrats who believe in always delivering the best. Since its inception the basic business driving force was a continuous urge to excel through the distinction of producing Quality Products like PVC Synthetic Leather and to be the Leaders.

We have started with the installed capacity of 5 Million Linear mtrs. per Annum with Machines from Matex of Italy. With capacity enhancement in the year 2004, the capacity of PVC Synthetic Leather and allied products was increased to 11 million mtrs. per Annum. With the Third Coating Line this year with the machinery imported from Matex of Italy, the capacity has further increased to 17 Million Linear mtrs. per Annum.

With a wide range offered for various premium products for Footwear, Apparel, Luggage, Furniture, Leather Goods, Seat Covers, Upholstery and Automotive applications, the guiding principle of this enterprise has always been customer delight.

We have got the best quality equipments and machinery including the latest machinery in the areas of dry and wet tumbling and lamination, with the facility of On-line & Off-line Printing as well as Embossing.

Brief History :

• In the year 1992, driven by a vision of our CMD to manufacture world class quality synthetic leather in India to replace genuine leather.
• First Coating Line installed in 1994 from Matex Italy with a capacity of 400,000 linear meter per month
• Second Coating Line installed in 2005 from China with a capacity of 450,000 linear meter per month.
• Third Coating line installed in 2008 from Matex Italy with a capacity of 500,000 linear meter per month.
• Our financial year starts from 1st April and ends on 31st March.
